Returns & Refunds — Discreet Sheets
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Change of mind returns We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Hygiene items — no returns once opened For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sheets, covers, or fabric products that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging — except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
How to request a return Email [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
